Seems like my laptop might be switching between dedicated and integrated graphics card.Gpu core clock and memory clock keep switching from minimum 300mhz to a maximum 1200mhz. Creating lengthy lag spikes and small freezes. The more demanidng the task/ game is the more it keeps switching/ freezing.The power settings keep switching in settings and "MSI Dragon Centre", from ECO to TURBO .When using high performance power plan, in settings, it says that power cant be switched, yet it switches me automatically back and forth.What i tried:-Using nvidia settings to force my laptop to use exclusiv

Power Mode automatically keeps changing to "High Performance" in Windows 11

So about 2-3 weeks ago I updated to Windows 11 Insider Build 22622.436, and I guess ever since then, the computer randomly switches its power plan automatically to High-Performance Mode. Immediately, the display maxes out on brightness, and I can't revert the power plan via the settings app. The only way I can do it is by heading to the control panel and power options, where I'll have to change to balanced.

But the most annoying problem with this defect is that the laptop never goes into sleep mode, even when I close the lid or, click on "Sleep" in the power menu.

I have no idea if it has something to do with the Insider Build, or if it has something to do with my PC. Mine's a Lenovo Ideapad S145. I have tried the methods listed in the queries of other people who had similar problems, I've tried what I've read through other online forums, and I've even run the troubleshooters, but nothing seems to work here.

It'd be really helpful if someone can provide me with the necessary steps to troubleshoot this annoying problem.

Unable to change Battery Power Mode on GPD Win 3 handheld running Windows 11

I'm having a problem trying to change the power mode on Windows 11, I'm trying to change it from the Best Performance setting on Settings > System > Power & Battery, but every time I restart my GPD Win 3, it goes back to Best Performance, all other battery settings change but this one simply does not stick for whatever reason, any ideas on how to fix this issue? I was told it could be an update or driver issue so I rolled back a few updates to see if anything would change but no luck. I've ran power troubleshooter, no luck, i've tried Restoring the default power options, no luck. Any help?
