Windows 10: How do you turn off Windows key + H voice typing?

I have tried every method I can possibly find to turn off voice typing. Going to app settings and disabling it is NOT working. I have tried everything. I am a writer and sometimes click those two keys together and it WON'T stop popping up, and it is the most ANNOYING thing ever. PLEASE can someone help...

My voice typing (Windows + H) is not working.

My voice typing (Windows + H) is not working. It says that it requires an internet connection. I am connected to the Internet. How can I fix this issue?

I followed the steps for the first time and the voice typing box appeared once only. After that it wouldn't show up, although I have repeated these steps multiple times.
