Windows 10: "Change your Store region" message while trying to buy something in the MS Store

I'm trying to buy the upgrade for my Windows 11 Home to change it to Pro, but constantly i'm getting this message in the Store when i select the payment method and click buy."The region in which your payment option was issued and your Store region need to match. Get more info"As you can see in the attached images, the country/region of my Store is the same as my payment method. How can i solve this?

MS store region will not change.

Everything is set to US English. Everything is set to region: US.

Windows is set to US English and region US. MS account in the web and in windows is set to English and US Region.

MS Store still stuck on Japanese.

 

Windows 10 Store can not buy apps

To buy an app from the Windows Store in a specific country or region, you need to change the location for your PC, and then add a payment method from that country or region to your Store account.

For example, if you buy an app from the Store and your PC's location is set to the United States, your payment method needs to be one from the United States.

To change the home location for your PC to a specific country or region

I suggest you to follow the steps and check if it helps

• Go to System tray and select All settings
• Click on time and Language
• Select Region and Language
• Under country or region
• Select the country or region for your location from the list.

You might need to restart your PC for these changes to go into effect.
