PDF X Pro lifetime version

I bought and installed already the PDF X lifetime version (order no 6629722009) in my main PC. In the trial version the adv of the application is claiming that the upgrade is for "up to 10 devices".I have two more or three devices where the PDF X's trial is installed and i want to upgrade to Pro. How can i do this if the adv claim "up to 10 devices" is true? Thank you.

I purchased the lifetime version about 6 weeks ago and really appreciate what it does. But it started malfunctioning today. It scrambled the content in a Word document. I had to delete it because of this. So how do I reinstall the lifetime version? I don't see it on Microsoft website. The app in the Microsoft doesn't have the lifetime version. I have a PC and have only installed it on my laptop. Many thanks!
