    hii microsoft please help me fix this problem my laptop has a poor wifi signal despite other devices being perfectly fine my laptop is Intel Core 3 and 10th generation HP. i updated all the software and no any updates is showing also did some troubleshooting.2 laptop is also not connecting with Bluetooth devices like earbuds and bluetooth speaker please help me fix this as soon as possiblethankyou

    My laptop is receiving poor WiFi signals,even when the device is close to the router,please help?

    I installed windows 10 pro on my laptop and the laptop receives poor WiFi levels even when i'm really close to the router ,i have many other devices that use WiFi from this router but has full signal strength except
    for this laptop.I updated my router but found out its not the problem of the router since i use many other devices that uses the WiFi from this router and work fine but my laptop shows poor signal strength even when i'm really close to the router,please help.i
    have tried everything i know to fix the problem but none worked.

    Hello,

    After my laptop was reset, its not capturing wifi signals adequately even if signals are great and other devices are showing very good signal quality.

    My university wifi works fine for everyone and every device except for my laptop that gets a weak signal

    Hey, I have this weird issue. I have a gaming MSI laptop, which works fine with every wifi network except for the one on my campus. The signal is very weak on my laptop, but that's just for this device and for me: my iPhone and iPad work perfect and every one of my mates devices work perfectly and get a strong signal. My laptop works fine everywhere else, so it's not a hardware issue I guess. I'm guessing there's some adapter setting to change or the frequency of the network that doesn't seem to work with my laptop. I have a MSI GE62 QD Apache Pro laptop. Any ideas ?
