Windows 10: Event 411 - Kernel-pnp

Hello!I'm usually pretty handy with tech stuff, but I am tearing my hair out with this one. I have tried every solution people on the internet have had to offer- and nothing. My ethernet still bugs out and spikes, and it has made playing online games completely impossible! I don't know exactly when it started, but it definitely wasn't always like this.Here's what the error message saysevice PCI\VEN_10EC&DEV_8168&SUBSYS_8B3B103C&REV_16\01000000684CE00000 had a problem starting.It's in relation to my network adapters. I haven't seen it under anything else,

Hello . One question, for a few days now, every time I enter a heavy internet task such as a game or this type of program, suddenly my Wi-Fi disconnects and I have to reinstall it with inactive in the device manager to make it work again in the Windows errors section. I also encountered this error in my laptop Wi-Fi driver, Kernel-PnP Event ID 411, but no matter what I searched on the internet, I could not find anything specific. Do you know what I should do to solve this problem?
