Windows 10: I Deleted admin user permissions can restart computer locked out of being admin! May 22...

I accidently deleted my user admin permissions they were in another language, I now cannot get a security tab in the C drive when I right click and the properties box comes up. My c drive shows as labeled as NTFS now. I have no access to cmd or regedit. My C drive is showing as 0 bytes.I backed up everything on the flash drive/ USB. I cannot install any new programs. I downloaded some programs to help and I get an error message when I try to install the program. I have no restore point.Windows 10 64Is there anyway to fix this without having to reinstall Windows?Update May 2024: Deleted admin

May 2024 Deleted admin user permissions if I turn off my computer or restart I will not be able to access the C drive

Once I turn off the computer, I am afraid I will lose everything on my hard drive correct? Is there anyway to fix this without having to reinstall Windows?

Update May 2024: Deleted admin user permissions I can restart computer but I am locked out of being an admin! Please help! I can restart my computer but I am unable to access administrator features. Any ideas?

UPDATE: May 22 2024 - Microsoft Office no longer works - Office 365 opens when I click a Office Suite product

Still have this huge problem. it is getting worse!
I download a word file and tried to open it, now Windows office wont work and other programs. Some work and some dont.

REDARDING: --click on "Edit"--click on "Add" --click on "Advanced"--click on "Find Now"--then the search results below will show you all the usernames on your computer. Click "Advanced" - Click "Find Now" - Then the search results below will show all the usernames on your computer, add the usernames you deleted and click "Allow" for permission.

I set this computer up so I only have one external hard drive. There is no second drive.

On the Security tab, it states:
Object name: C:\

You must have Read permissions to view the properties of this object.

Click Advanced to continue.

ADVANCED Button in the bottom right.

THERE IS NO "Find Now" button or link.

There is no other information on this tab.

I click "Advanced"

It states:
Name: C:\

Owner: Unable to display current owner. With a yellow and blue admin shield and a blue Change link.

There are 3 tabs below this. Permissions. Auditing. Effective Access.
On the permissions tab it states: You must have Read permissions to view the properties of this object.
Next line:
Click Continue to attempt the operation with administrative permissions.
Continue button.

I click the continue button.

THERE IS NO "Find Now" button or link.

There is a Permissions tab. It says that there are 2 Permission entries: System and administrator. Both listed as "Allow". There is nothing more. Please help. I click the ADD button.

I don't understand what I am doing. So sad.

 

Win7 User Admin permissions broken

Basically it's an administrative user not the root admin , I don't know what it went wrong with settings and i forogot , but the permissions for it account were messed and now it cannot delete/edit sometimes stuff that came from rar or downloader or even installs, plus cannot uninstal most of programs , it's only possible with root admin (hidden), is there a way to restore these privilegies.

Also the error points "You need administrative privilegies from Administrators/[Nickname] "
BUT I AM THE DAMN USER !!!!

It's not my PC so i really don't want to dig it up from scratch.


The PC has RAID0 so basically im not going to go over that again with a reinstall/reformat. ... takes time.
