Windows 10: Can't remove an exclusion from window defender. The option reove is turned off

i tried to do this because i found person with the same probem but i didnt work:From the admin Command Prompt, run this command:reg delete "HKLM\SOFTWARE\Policies\Microsoft\Windows Defender\Exclusions" /f but the comand prompt denied access. Unable to Remove Exclusions from Windows Defender

the exclusion list. It seems that it was added automatically. We suggest that you follow these steps:

Windows Defender Antivirus Scan exclusions

If there is anything in Windows Defender Exclusion list, then it won't be scan and if it is malicious program, it won't detect.

It is better to remove all programs from exclusion list (if you didn't add them) and run a full system scan with Windows Defender.
