Windows 10: Did a reinstall and upgrade. curser and keyboard not working. Tried access with Exc button...

Just reinstalled and upgrade. Curser and keyboard are not working. Exc button will not allow me to go into setup. i'm stuck on the region screen.

keyboard and curser do not work on Toshiba Satellite C6550-S5139

After upgrading to Windows 10, my Toshiba laptop doesn't work. The keyboard and curser do nothing. I bought

a usb keyboard and mouse. It worked long enough for me to try recovery and deleting some things. I think I might

have deleted the keyboard driver. Now the computer shows my start screen. Nothing works: no keyboard, no curser,

dvd will not work.

Help............

I suggest you to follow the steps to open Device manager.

        Right Click on Windows Logo.
        
      • 
        Select Device Manager.
        
      • 
        Or, you may use the On Screen Keyboard.
        
      • 
        Right Click on Windows, Select Control Panel.
        
      • 
        Click on Ease of access center.
        
      • 
        Click on Screen Keyboard.
