Windows 10: My fn + esc key is not working. Device: Asus vivobook 14

My Asus vivobook 14's Function lock is not working. Its Windows 11 please help.

My top keys suddenly require fn to work, and not all of them work anyways

my computer did some odd windows reset or update or something and now its requiring me to press fn to use all of my keys on the top, Ive tried fn esc and fn caps lock to undo this but nothing is working. my computer is an Asus Vivobook
