Windows 10: unable to reactivation windows

how to sol. this problem. We can't activate windows on this device because you don't have a valid digital license or product key. if you think you do have a valid license or key, select troubleshoot below error message. after I try troubleshooting has completed it looks like the hardware on this device has changed. make sure you are connected to the internet and try again later. we weren't able to activate windows on this device. I don't have any change in my pc. I had reset the pc and after that problem I faced.

Reactivation Failed

I have just recently replaced my motherboard/processor and I reformatted my windows hard drive. I gone through the hardware changes steps, I chose the old machine listed on my account and clicked on ACTIVATE.

It now tells me that:

"Unable to activate Windows

We can't reactivate Windows on this device. Try again later."

What am I missing here?

I just changed motherboards, and When I follow the the steps listed in the "reactivate windows 10 after hardware change" support page, it gives me the message "unable to activate windows" message after I sign in and identify my device,
with no error code, just a subheader that says "can't activate windows 10 on this device, try again later."

 

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx
