Windows 10: Cant login to micrsoft store/xbox

I try to login with my main account and it asks for computer pin which I input, then email password which I input but it just ingores those and keeps repeating those two questions. When I try to login to anything on the browser it says the email does not exist, but ive used it before and have been for years. This account was also hacked around 6-8 months ago and I got it back so i dont know if that has anything to do with it.

As I understand from your information you are not able login in windows store as well in Xbox.

I would suggest you to run windows apps troubleshooter to resolve windows store issue.

Follow the steps.

• 
  Go to control panel and select troubleshooting then in top left corner of your screen select view all.
  
• 
  Click on windows store app and click on it and run it.
  

To resolve Xbox issue I would suggest you to post your query in Xbox forum. We have dedicated team which deals with all these kinds of issues.

Thank you for posting your reply.

I suggest you to clear the Windows Store cache by following the steps below:

• Right click on Start button and select “Command Prompt (Admin)”.
• Type “wsreset.exe” and press enter.

After the Windows Store is reset, Computer will automatically open Windows Store. Check if the issue still persists.
