Windows 10: Unable to install Adobe Photoshop or any other Adobe Software

I recently got access to Adobe products but for some reason it keeps saying I can't install any of their products and that I must update my system, just like what it shows on the picture, i've already updated my gpu drivers and everythingComputer system:- Windows 10 Version 22H2- CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 3600 6-core 3,60 ghz- RAM: 16GB- GPU: GTX 1050 Ti 4GBit's not the best, but i'm certain this should be able to run photoshop somebody please help me with this issue

Just Adobe Flash Player 30 PPAPI, Adobe Reader XI and Adobe Shockwave Player 12.1.

I've installed Adobe Photoshop CS6

Cannot open up Adobe Photoshop due to error message 400. When I was previously successful at opening up Adobe Photoshop, I was unable to share the scanned photos with email recipients or with other programs on my computer. Suggestions please. Thank you,
