Windows 10: How do I find 'vc_runtimeMinium_x64.msi' in my files when I don't have one?

I installed steam and downloaded a game and it started to play then it told me it's installing something called Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime in order to run the Steam Game. After 2 minutes it didn't install then it gave me this message saying this Microsoft Visual C++ 2019 X64 Minimum Runtime = 14.28.29334 The feature you are trying to use is on a network resource that is unavailable. Click OK to try again, or enter an alternate path to a folder containing the installation package 'vc_runtimeMinimum_x64.msi' in the box below. Use source: C:\ProgramData\Package Cache\{A1C31BA5-5438-3A07-9

My pc don t install file msi after upgrade to win 10 from win 7

can you help me because in my computer i have win 10 and the file msi don t run

 

MSI bios boot logo (frozen?)

I don’t think I see an option to do that. I checked both boot and advance settings. On the top shows “aptio setup utility” and I think it’s ver 1.4 since I see it in advance settings. But other than splash screen option, I don’t see it. :/
Maybe I should update bios if available?

Thanks, have heard this before...is their a step by step procedure to OC using the bios settings you suggest.
i don’t intend pushing this to its limit...but some increase would be great, any suggestions on a good air cooler ?
