Windows 10: Can't get out of S-mode on a new dell laptop with a snapdragon CPU

I purchased a new laptop which won't remove S mode. When trying via the app store, I just get "something happened and we can't start the upgrade". Things I've tried to date:rebootinginstalling all windows updates and rebootingusing the wsreset command multiple times with reboots in betweenThis is a dell with a snapdragon 8cx gen2 cpu. I've seen some old threads on this and it seems to come up every few months. Is this something that will get fixed in a few days?
