Windows 10: I need urgent help!!!!

Last month i was playing on my gaming laptop and it suddenly it died and i thought my laptop was fried, but it was not and i was happy, i updated the drivers and my intel driver update deactivated my nvidia driver and i was lost. i tried redownloading it and it didnt work. and then i saw a solution that supposed to help but it didnt and i made my biggest mistake and i deleted my nvidia driver. i saw a another solution that said roll back your intel driver to manually download the driver which deactivated my intel driver which was also a mistake. i saw a lot of solution but none works. I need y

Okay I don't see any known troublemakers in the shell extensions shown in explorer tab.





Would suggest checking for updates for the softwares listed and installing updates if available.
