Windows 10: For some reason I can’t open any app, task manager and setting in the window

    For some reason I can’t open any app, task manager and setting in the window


    I never encounter this, window won’t let me open the setting, it crashes immediately. I try to open cmd it also won’t let me, same as the task manager . Everything is broken. I tried to reset to factory setting but it won’t let me because I can’t open task manager or the setting, please help.

    No restart button in task manager

    another easy way to kill tasks, download and install Winaero Tweaker(free) and theres a setting to add a Kill non responding tasks using the desktop right click menu. When you place your cursor on the desktop anywhere and right click the option is at the top of the list, Very handy and you dont have to go through all those steps and well Winaero Tweaker has alot of cool Windows tweaks. Just posting a different suggestion, Im sure your ok with what was suggested here.

    Windows 10 settings, and task manager wont open.

    My Command (admin) will not open. Command will not open, task manager will not open. All since upgrade to creator edition yesterday.

    Since I CANNOT get to Command prompt (admin) none of the above solution will work, obviously.

    what next? format c:\*.*?????

    There is a solution out there somewhere, right????
