Windows 10: How do I fix the unhandled exception for several applications.

I don't know it keeps on happening, but there are some applications that I attempted to run, but those apps keep giving me unhandled exceptions. Whenever I tried to open NOTIFICATION SETTINGS, it gives me "unhandled exception for SystemSetting.exe". Another example is when I plugged in my headphone jacks, the computer detects it and show the "Realtek Audio Console". However, whenever I plugged in my headphone jack, the app also leaves an exception too, so I had no choice but to uninstall the audio console in order to use my headphone. One time I always get a random exception for "sihost.exe" w

Getting a Microsoft .Net Framework Unhandled Exception on Application Windows 10

I've not made any recent changes to my computer besides downloading a few application which may have contained malware but have not scanned.

I have not done any troubleshooting steps when the unhandled message popped up. Should I use my Norton Anti virus to perform a full system scan and then perform a clean boot?
