    Photos app won’t save adding OneDrive folder


    I have all my photos in one drive shic is syned with the windows app in explorer. When I add my photo folders in OneDrive to the phtotos app, they show up but next time I restart my computer, the folder is gone and I have to add it again. What is wrong?

    Updating folder path in Windows 10 Photo App

    After several weeks work putting together a holiday video using the Windows 10 Photo App when I now open the app it can no longer find any of my photos. Every file in the Storyboard shows the sad emoticon and a message stating "We can't find this file".

    I have tried all of the obvious steps of updating Settings -> Sources to include the folder containing all the source material (E:\Photos)

    Being understandably reluctant to give up completely on my work I discovered that the file format is SQLite and so managed to open the database using DB Browser for SQLite. The table Folder reveals the list below. I have tried various SQL scripts to try to correct the references to point to E:\Photos, all of which have failed.

    When first opening the database to view the folders I also receive a message stating I have missing collating sequences. I've been told this is because the database is using collating sequences that are missing in DB Browser.

    Can anyone please suggest how to correct the references in the database so that Windows 10 Photo App is able to find my photos?

    Photo App automatically add OneDrive Folder

    Dear all,

    The Photos app of Windows 10 Automatically adds Onedrive Location and start syncing OneDrive Pictures in Collection.

    The Photos app add Custom Address of the OneDrive folder automatically i.e. "D:\Libraries\OneDrive\Pictures" then i remove it but after a restart of system the address is again added. (Below Screesnshot for easy reference)

    I have unchecked "Show my Photos and Videos from One Drive (Cloud Only".

    Can you please suggest another location from where it could be turn off permanenetly.

    Xbox and OneDrive won´t log in sometimes

    For some reason my one computer won´t log on to the Xbox app and OneDrive. My other computer on the other hand works perfectly fine. I can´t seem to find to reason and even tried with a factory reset and still the same issue. Help? Photos app won’t save adding OneDrive folder :)

    I´ve allready tried deactivating the firewall and even rebooting the computer Photos app won’t save adding OneDrive folder ;)
