Change Wireless Network Connection Priority Order in Windows 10

Hello Denis, My wireless network is not showing up in quick settings. :)

The command in step 2 of Option Two should show your wireless networks listed in priority order. Top of the list is higher.

    Quick action / wireless

I think this is a bug:

    • If "Wi-Fi" is set as a quick action and your wireless is off, when you select "Wi-Fi" from the swipe-down, quick-action menu from the OS, your wireless will be turned back on instead of taking you to the wireless settings page. Also, performing this action
does not require the phone to be unlocked; effectively, anyone could re-enable your wireless without even needing to unlock the phone. Anyways, I think the expectation is that it takes you to the settings page. For instance, clicking it when it is already
enabled doesn't disable your wireless; it takes you to the settings page. Similarly, going to the settings page doesn't enable your wireless automatically. I didn't check other quick-actions / those related to connections (like BT, VPN, etc.)
I think these should be changed:

    • There is no ability to disable quick actions entirely, or have less than 4 -- or more than 4.
    • Displaying the encryption type of the network on the connection page, and on the available networks if possible.
    • Having a confirmation when you select a network from your available networks. For auto-connect networks, the problem is that it will automatically connect without prompt if you click it once. Just tried it after manually disconnecting from a network and
I noticed it didn't prompt me to confirm when I clicked it.

    Wireless Network

Thanks for trying the steps again. It's now clear that the problem is on your router. To reconnect your laptop to the network, we suggest that you set or specify the channel of your wireless network. If you can access your router's user interface, set the
channel to either channel 1, 6, or 11. Once done, remove your WiFi network from your preferred network list, then reconnect.

    Let us know the result.

    Regards.
