My windows update is stuck at working on updates 7 % for the past 2 hours and I tried all the methods from your website but still the problem is occuring and I am not able to connect it to the Internet? Please suggest ne what do ASAP

4. Run Windows Update troubleshooter: Windows includes built-in troubleshooters that can automatically detect and fix common issues with Windows Update.
   
   • Press the Windows key + I on your keyboard to open the Settings app.
     
   • Go to "Update & Security" > "Troubleshoot."

Windows 10 updates stuck at 91% for 7 hours

Microsoft was of no help to me at all (yet again). Pointing at others, in this case 3rd party antivirus software is a typical attempt to hide their own incompetence.

Another few hours of productivity lost thanks to Microsoft!
