Windows 10: error code 0x80070003 when i try to update

Hi there I am using windows 10 and been having this issue for a while now.I get the prompt to upgrade to windows 11. i then go through it all and it gets to about 10% and then i get this error code 0x80070003 with the message "Some update files are missing or have problems. We'll try to download the update again later"can anyone help me out please

I suggest you to follow the steps given in the link below and check if it helps you. Select Windows 8.1 from the Product list.

Windows defender doesn't update- Error code 0x80070003

This applies to Windows 8/8.1 and probably applies to Win 10. Many of the suggested fixes for various issues have yet to be updated by MS to reflect whether they are applicable to the new OS.
