Windows 10: Unusual behaviour of my hp laptop

I recently noticed stange behavior on my HP Laptop, Windows 11.1. Caps lock turning on/off by itself. When I type it looks like HeLLOHowareYou2. Repeated and random pop-ups of "Do you want to turn on Sticky/Filter keys"3. My home wifi is not getting connected to my laptop, out of a sudden it shows "This WiFi network uses an Older security standard that might not protect you"4. Whenever I click on a new site, for example open the history or click on a video on youtube, most of the time it opens in a new tab. The system seems to be a bit slower at this point, my device is up to date, I have chec

Hibernating laptop changes to sleep behaviour after Windows 10 May 2019 update

Thank you for your reply. I have tried the two steps (turning of Hybrid sleep and Fast startup) you suggested but to no avail. Okay, for your two questions:

1. My laptop is a HP Pavilion 14-bf101tx, and currently running Windows 10 1903 (upgrading from 1809).
2. Nope. No error messages. I suppose the boot process was successful, however, my battery was reduced. That's why I suggest the post title as "Hibernating changes to sleep behaviour" because the battery level reduction looks like sleep behaviour.

Please inform me of any diagnostics information you might need. Thank you for your kind assistance.

Windows showing unusual behaviour.

Recently I was notified that I should be updated (1809) and moreover the whole laptop was showing unusual behaviour. I eventually updated and after that the system has been showing unusual behaviour of which are

-The texts dissapear from incons, task manager and all

-Whenever I try to open Chrome , the whole pc freezes to the point where the only option is a Power kill

-Disk usage is 100% with no processes on task manager. There are processes but they dont add upto 100% usage combined.

The only thing I did prior to the update was force remove some bloatware since I wanted smoother experience.

I tried using DISM and tried to upgrade my pc to 1903 with media creation tool but the problem still persists.
