Windows 10: Brand new HP laptop won’t switch out of S mode

Windows 11I have tried resetting the Microsoft store - msreset.exe Also restarting wauserv.exe. Signing out of MS store and signing back in. Creating a local account. I have also reset the computer completely 3 times. I have waited 3 days days trying at various times and still nothing. I am on the verge of returning the laptop as I need several programs that won’t work in S mode. Is there anything else I can do?

Hp laptop screen won’t display except occasionally

I would like to note that step 20 comes up with no files. Perhaps this could be the source of the issues?

 

when i try to switch out of s mode it loads but never successfully switches off s mode what do i do?

• its a brand new lenovo laptop
  
• was able to switch out once but then i updated the laptop and so it switched s mode back on and now every time i try to switch it off it just loads but never actually switches off.
  

 

I have windows 10 and my printer is HP OFFICEJET PRO 8610. My laptop says it is offline What do I do?

• Did you make any changes to your computer prior to this issue?
