Windows 10: i have reset my laptop and it is still showing 100% disk : please help

my laptop has always been really slow and probably has multiple viruses because i have click on anything. I have looked in task manager and it is reading 100% disk all the time and the cpu is changing from 15-100% aswell.i have reset my laptop but kept personal files etc. i don't know how to fix it. Please could somebody guide me how to fix this problem. thank you

I have win10 laptop, showing 100 Percent Disk Usage, cannot find standard SATA controller, nor Superfetch as suggested on the website. How can I solve the problem?

 

Clean install, disk usage at 100%

I've seen that article. and I am in fact not running that driver. I followed the steps and it does not appear in the list.
