Hello,I am trying to copy the file using Windows Explorer copy from folder to folder with all sub-folders:07/06/2020 07:35 4,759,888 netsight_setup_9.2.0.3022_MP_Production_mid60387287705_di2382280_tpLHoJSBuXmXYJC9Yh.exefrom one network share Seagate NAS to another network share Western Digitial PR4100.The system has 128 GB of RAM so memory is not a problem. I thought the problem might be the length of the file name and extensions well under the 255 characters limit. Are you referring to the error message "Insufficient system resources exist to complete the API" or "Insufficient system resources exist to complete the requested service"?

Is your User Profile relates to Microsoft account or Local account?

Follow the below mentioned steps and check if it helps.

  Open the properties of the main
  User Profile folder where the desired files or folders are located (such as Documents, Pictures, or Installation folder etc. ). You can open the properties of a particular folder by
  Right-clicking on it and select Properties from context menu.
  
• 
  Go to the Security tab and click
  Advanced.
  
• 
  Check the box at the bottom of this window. It is labeled "Replace all child object permissions with inheritable permissions from this object" and then click
  Ok. Reboot the PC and check if problems till occurs.
  

Do refer the
post which address the same issue and check if it helps. As the steps mentioned in the post will applies for Windows 10 too.
