Windows 10: Error 0x803F8001

Minecraft Launcher is currently not available in your account. Make sure you are signed in to the Store and try again.How is this an issue? I own it, so why is it not available? Why do I even need the Microsoft Store to open the Minecraft launcher if I have to sign into the launcher as well? I'm signed in, have re-signed-in, restarted the computer, and reset both the store app and the launcher.
