Windows 10: nothing is working after moving to win 11

My pc was being slow for a while so i wanted to do a windows re-install to make it run better and clear my drives, after moving to win 11 nothing works anymore or just horribly. steam is stuck downloading a game at the start and i cant cancel or resume or anything, the xbox app is constantly bugging out and not working wont let me install anything and i get the error code 0x00000000, wifi keeps disconnecting and making me re-put in the password, pc wont shut off anymore unless i hold the power button, and things are just slow in general. i cant find any fixes and the things ive tried have do

Trying to connect to a printer that is physically on a Win 10 computer from a Win 11 computer to no avail.

3. Try disabling any firewalls or antivirus software temporarily on both the Win 10 and Win 11 computers to see if that resolves the issue.
   
4. Check if the printer is compatible with Windows 11. You can check the manufacturer’s website for the latest drivers and software for your printer.
   
5. Try connecting the printer to a different USB port on the Win 10 computer.
   
6. If none of the above steps work, you can try resetting the printer to its default settings and then setting it up again.

Windows 10 has a built-in troubleshooter to check and fix issues with Internet Explorer. I would suggest you to run this troubleshooter to check if the issue is with your Explorer.

Refer these steps:

• Press Windows key +X, select Control panel

• Change the view by option on the top right to Large icons
• Click on troubleshooting and click on the view all option on the left panel
• Run the Internet Explorer performance troubleshooter
