Windows 10: i am trying to log in onedrive to load some files that my laptop had after it went through...

Saves log files ?

You can either read the files in Windows or my preferred method is.....

Download CCcleaner from here...........

You can then run cleaner, you will see the log files listed, then if you right click you can save as a text file and then have a read. You may also get an "error reporting" log listed seperatly.

 

OneDrive is not loading files (stuck on "Loading..." screen)

My OneDrive app won't load my file list. When the app launches it just hangs on this "Loading..." screen.

- It was working before, this issue seems to have started within the last week.

- I've tried soft resetting my phone

- I cannot uninstall/reinstall the app as there is no uninstall option for OneDrive (I did try the date trick but it didn't work)

- I logged out and back in to my account

I can access my OneDrive files through the Office Hub and I can see my Music in the Music Hub, so there is no problem with my account.

OneDrive version: 4.8

OS version: 8.10.14219.341

Any ideas, short of hard resetting my phone?

Windows 10 - OneDrive

Right click on the app and one of the properties has an option to not automatically start it. Uncheck, restart the computer, and it should stop. If you want to go another step further, find the OneDrive app in the start menu, right click on it and uninstall.

If that is still insufficient, there is a batch uninstaller for OneDrive available online. I can copy the code here if you need it.
