Windows 10: Automated repair loop

Hi so my laptop is hp pavilion 15 ak000nx I believe it came with windows 10 plus I think it couldn’t handle any updates above that.So my issue started when my laptop started to stutter and slow down sometimes it’s not the first time it had happened but unfortunately this time I couldn’t reset it through the setting nor in the “choose an option” screen. however while I was looking in different forums it seemed I found a solution which was to use the CMD and doing the following steps: - type 'notepad.exe' and hit enter. -Hit 'file' then 'save as' afterwhich a file explorer screen will
