Windows 10: Is this a scam?

I have received this today, and I have no idea is this a scam just want to be sure that's all. I never had an email like this before and it frightens me as it is so well written and looks like real.any help would be great and appreaciated.I'll thanks in advance.ps: When I found this email, this email is stated as sent by myself and the subject was ''noted by myself'', the sender is my email but when I clicked the icon, the sender status is 'Unverified Sender'' and I've got a warning at the top of the email written 'This message may not be sent by the sender that's displayed.
