If you encounter the error Your current hardware doesn’t support any graphics features when opening Intel Graphics Command Centre or other Intel software on Windows, don’t fret; there’s nothing wrong with the hardware, and it is likely fine. This message usually appears due to a driver conflict or a disabled integrated GPU in the BIOS […]

Windows doesn`t start. Authomatic repair doesn`t work.

    Thanks again!!

I`m sorry I had not noticed that the text on the picture was in spanish. It says that windows has replaced some damaged clusters in "name" file and "directory". Then, at the end "an unspecified error occurred (75736e6a726e6c2e 4f6)".

I`ll do it and I`ll be updating this thread when I have the report.

I ran SeaTools. These are the results:

    Hi Hugo,

    Welcome to the Microsoft Community.

We understand how you feel about the situation. We're sorry for the trouble this has caused.

Before we proceed, I need more information to help you better:

    • Have you installed all the pending updates on your system?

    • Have you made any changes on your system, prior to this issue?

    • Are you facing this issue on the Microsoft account or a local account?

I suggest you to sign out from the current user account, restart the system and login to the either administrator account or the Microsoft account to check, if that helps.

Windows Update may have updated drivers available that may be relevant to your current issue. Many times, updated drivers are listed in the "Optional" section of Windows Update. Install any pending updates on the pc to check if that helps.

This issue could occur due to outdated or corrupted or incompatible display adaptor device drivers on your system.

Let’s try to refer to the suggestions provided by Andre Da Costa replied on June 2, 2015, to fix your issue.
    http://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/...ible-for/a2b06d42-1a28-4f17-b7f6-82aaeda00699

Let’s try to uninstall, download and reinstall the latest display drivers from the manufacture’s website:

    http://support.lenovo.com/in/hi/products/laptops-and-netbooks/thinkpad-t-series-laptops/thinkpad-t540p?beta=false
    and check, if it works.

Also, try to contact the technical support team of Intel® HD Graphics 4600, for further assistance and check, if it helps.

Hope this information helps you. Kindly post back with the updated issue for further assistance.

    Thank you.

Custom Driver : Intel HD Graphics & ATI Combo (Alpha) - by nIGHTmAYOR

according to laptop support page they do list an old downloadable driver for intel for windows 7 , weather this is related to there being several variants of that laptop or this laptop has switchable graphics i may just suggest you reset the bios and see if things change , if yes you may be able to apply step 2 , if not then apply step 4 and call it today , you are still better off being on the high performance gpu .

Out of curiosity can you take a snap shot from Settings > System > Display. Scroll down and click the “Graphics Settings” ?
