Laptop is randomly hibernating after the latest update

My laptop is randomly hibernating after the updates in this pic https://imgur.com/pM08PKW

it started to occur right after the update (so i think the update is related to the problem) and the following day, then it stopped.

and today (after 9 days) the same thing happened ( i played games once or twice the whole 9 days and it didn't hibernate).

at first i thought it was caused by overheating CPU or GPU ( i use my laptop for gaming mostly), but it happens randomly ( when watching a video, playing games, doing nothing..etc. ).

Do you think that the graphic card is dead or something or it's related to the update ?!

So please guys if you have a solution or any idea what's going on HELP ME !

core i7 6700HQ

Nvidia gtx 950m

Laptop is randomly hibernating after the latest update

No, it happened randomly while using/not using the laptop.

i tried to set it to never hibernate, then while using it, it shut down.

so i went back to hibernate option (less damage).

 

Laptop no longer hibernates on critical power

Hi Mike,

The laptop's battery is possibly wearing out. Since you haven't change any settings, we suggest that you change the critical battery level a bit higher so that your laptop can perform a hibernation on a much higher percentage than the default. Follow the
steps below:

• Type Power Options on the Start menu search bar.
• Under Battery, click on Critical battery level.
• Chang the default percentage to 10% or higher.
• Click on Apply.
