is this 'MicrosoftRuntimeUpdate.vbe' is the malicious file or just a system file ?

... When the install is canceled, VBE opens as desired.

I have no idea where I should ask this question ...

 

Program "microsoftruntimeupdate" Virus?

So i have been wondering why my pc does weird stuff randomly but that's a whole other story my question is i was looking through Autorun for my files to see what is there i had red files decided to scan with virus total then i checked
and the file i scanned which is "MicrosoftRuntimeUpdate" was supposedly detected as a virus to some well known companies (ex. Kaspersky, Symantec, Drweb, and Trend-Micro.) the file is located in C/Users/XXXXX/AppData/Roaming and in its folder which is called
libaries my Avast premier and mbam didnt say it was a virus though also its a REG_EXPANDED_SZ script if that helps so please help me with this problem.

 

VBE7 - vBIOS Editor for Radeon HD 7000 series cards

darkhmz: would it be possible to add some further voltage steps to the VBE tool. I'm trying to push my card up to 1100MHz core, but the voltage steps go; 1.081v, 1.090v, 1.125v.

1.090v is not enough for me to hit 1050MHz core, but 1.125v gets the temperatures too high. Could 1.100v and 1.110v be added for example?
