Windows 10: NO "AS EMAIL ARRIVES" OPTION

After a recent move I had to change my ISP...which is now Spectrum.


I've successfully set up my Windows 10 App for Spectrum/Charter email, but it is synching far too slowly. A lot of the email I receive is time-sensitive, but the App is currently checking for email only every two hours! My current synch setting is set to the "based on my usage" option. In the pull-down menu I do not have the "as email arrives" option. Why is that? The best option I have is to synch every 15 minutes, but there are times even that can be too slow for me.


Is there any way to fix this?

Don't know, my Office 365 Business and Hotmail accounts both provide that option in email+account settings. I have

as items arrive

based on my usage

every 15 minutes

every 30 minutes

hourly

manually

My GMail actually adds 'every 2 hours' to that list.

to select from. What device and OS version? Did you use the Exchange and Outlook options respectively when you created the new accounts? Is one of the them the base account for the phone? (The Microsoft Account)

 

where is resize option before sending an email with a photo,????

• Which email are you referring to email app or email client server?
• Do you get any error message?

I would suggest you to follow the below steps.

• Attach photo in a mail.
• Left click on a photo.
• You will get a resize option, you can drag & resize photo.

How to active the option that able to sync. Email as item arrive on server.

I'm using Nokia Lumia 520

I configured the Microsft Account on handset it is working correctly & email sync. as item arrive on my id. I configured my 2nd Id which is my own domain's server. My mail server is : mail.rlpcargologistics.in When i config the email for my own server there
are no option to sync.email as item arrive only 15min,30min & manually etc. sync option shows. I want to know any option that able to provide me sync. emails automatically as item arrives on server.

Pls. look into same.
