Windows 10: 01/26/2023 - Windows 11 Update removed all my shared folders. Unable to locate them.

I installed the latest Windows Update today. We use shared folders so each of us can access them and we absolutely need that folder for our incoming faxes as well. I have tried every single video on Youtube for fixing shared folders options, restarted over a dozen times. And our shared folder does not appear ANYWHERE. There was a new user added to the computer and it reads ACS. I am unable to go into this user as it is password protected. We are freaking out because we are a healthcare facility and not having access to those folders puts our business in big trouble.Any advice on what to do wi

Unable to Remove Shared Folder

Trying to disconnect a shared folder from my PC within the windows Explorer Network locations, but there is no delete, or disconnect... I have directly entered in the //address within the search windows bar to access this computer.

Vista Ultimate - 'User' Folder Location

No tried that.

Can copy the entire folder to D; but Windows still points to C as the location. Can change personal folders location to a folder on D;, but this still leaves hidden files etc on C;. Thus meaning there are 2 Users folders. Have managed to change the Public folder location to D;, with some registry tweaks, but this doesnt seem to work for the entire folder.
