I have a problem where windows 10 gives the bsod with this error code: 0x000000be

random BSOD 0x00000050 & 0x000000be

Hi,

a few days ago my pc started to have random crashes.

This morning got an BSOD while transcoding a video with Handbrake.
The bugcheck was: 0x00000050 (0xffffc907b801ca18, 0x0000000000000000, 0xffffc907affc53ba, 0x0000000000000002)

Yesterday i got different BSOD while PC was idle
The bugcheck was: 0x000000be (0xffffa40457b03318, 0x8a00000000200121, 0xfffffd808191e850, 0x000000000000000a)

I attached the data from "Beta Log collector".

0x000000BE an attempt was made to write to read only memory

Some back story, I built this machine 2 weeks ago, once i got it going it was fine. I had some issues with the memory, i was getting blue screens with memory management stop codes, long story short i swapped the ram from 2/4 to 1/3 and those have stopped.
Now im getting a new blue screen, 0x000000BE an attempt was made to write to read only memory. Its happened twice today, below are the event viewers from both.
