    So my Samsung Ativ Book 9 has gotten the BSOD twice now. The error is UNEXPECTED_STORE_EXCEPTION. Here is what I noticed:

    -The first time I was able to restart my computer

    -The second time I wasn't. The error checking was stuck at 0%

    -Both times I was using Firefox, which constantly freezes when opening new tabs

    -Definitely the second time, maybe the first time, I had MuseScore 3 (music composition program) open, which also occasionally freezes -My laptop ran out of battery and I restarted

    -I suspected that my SSD might be full, but my computer wasn't telling me. A week ago I had around 10gb free, now I have around 25gb free despite not deleting that much.

    -I checked for memory problems using memory diagnostic and CrystalDiskInfo and they said there was none

    -I uninstalled many 3rd party programs

    -I only have one dump file, from the time I was actually able to restart

    Please help me guys. I have a lot of stuff on there.

    BSoD Unexpected_Store_Exception - MemCompression - nt_wrong_symbols.sys problem

    I've reinstalled my video card drivers.. along with a clean install of windows. Just tried testing the game again even with driver verifier.. The dump is 0 bytes.. but I was able to get an analysis on WhoCrashed and it says:

    This was probably caused by the following module:
    ntoskrnl.exe (nt+0x1756E0)

    Bugcheck code: 0x154 (0xFFFF9A850ABCB000, 0xFFFFD681F70C2090, 0x2, 0x0)

    Computer extremely slow after Unexpected_Store_Exception error

    As the issue still persists, I suggest you to run System maintenance task and check if it helps.

    The Run maintenance task checks issues that might slow down your computer's, such as how many users are currently logged on to the computer and whether multiple programs are running at the same time.

    Follow the below steps.


    • Press Windows + X on the keyboard.

    • Select Control Panel.

    • Select Troubleshooting.

    • Click on Run maintenance task under
      System and Security.
