Discus and support 0x80070005-0x2000a need a fix in Windows 10 Installation and Upgrade to solve the problem; vistababi need s a fix on windows 1909 as windows 10 1909 stops after 30%.     After trying several times installin new version 1903, my installation stops at 29% and I get error code 0x80070005 - 0x2000A from media creation tool. Log files: Items Shared on 9-9-2019
