  1. 0x80070005 and 0x803FB107 Windows Store When Trying to Install New Apps

Just like the title says, I genuinely cannot use the Windows Store. A couple days ago, I tried to run Forza Horizon 4 and I got some kind of error that I didn't have permission to run the game despite owning it, and then when I uninstalled and tried to reinstall it, I got the 0x80070005 error. Whenever I try to install something like Halo 5: Forge I get the 0x803FB107 error, and for some odd reason, I can install Microsoft Flight Simulator just fine, but not the Xbox app, not solitaire, nothing. For the life of me, I cannot figure it out. I have reset the windows store, granted myself access to the WindowsApps folder, reinstalled and re registered the Windows Store, restarted my computer, basically anything and everything found online. Anything new would be appreciated.

Can't Update Apps From Windows Store Error 0x80070005

Hi, please do this as a matter of routine:
    From an admin command prompt
[Windows key + X, click command prompt (admin)]
    chkdsk C: /F
Your PC will need to restart.
Make sure the result is clear or fixed- else do not proceed.
Post back the result, which you can get after a restart as follows:

    Then re-register apps:
