Windows 10: 0x80070005 - Tool Results Unsuccessful

I followed the steps posted here:

When I ran AccessChk, it returns a blank file when piped to text and a blank screen when ran directly with the necessary parameters. Are there any additional things to try before I reinstall Win10?


CurrentVersion = Windows 10 Version 1703 (OS Build 15063.786) 64-bit


Windows will not update

Defender won't start

Office 365 won't update and requires sign-in on every file I open.
