    0x80070011 error on 2019-07 Cumulative Update for Windows 10 Version 1809 (KB4507469)


    I have been unable to update Windows for awhile now. I have follow advice and tips found on Google to no avail.

    I download the update, and it states I need to restart.

    When I restart, it goes to the blue window WORKING ON UPDATES - DON'T TURN OFF YOUR COMPUTER until it hits 20%.

    At 20% it stops and says: We couldn't complete updates. Undoing Changes. Don't turn off your computer.

    This is on a newer laptop that I bought in January and had no issues with until July.

    The laptop has two drives - a small C drive which houses windows and was full when I got it, and a D drive that I installed my newer apps and games in, due to a lack of space in C. Could this be part of the problem?

    I have run the Update Troubleshooter and it says there are NO ISSUES FOUND.

    Please understand I am not very PC hardware literate if/when you give the steps to correct.

    CPU: Intel Core i7 @ 2.20GHz
    RAM: 8.00GB
    Motherboard: Dell Inc. 03PVDF (U3E1)

    Failed update every time for me.

    I updated everything available to me through Lenovo. I still keep getting this error--> 2019-07 Cumulative Update for Windows 10 Version 1809 for x64-based Systems (KB4507469) - Error 0x8007065e----Every time I try and update my windows. Searched for this
    error and can not find anything about it for this update. Need some advise.
