Windows 10: 0x80070017 - Error when trying to install Windows 10 Pro in a Pavilion All-in-one

Using the ISO DVD to install, process stops when 95% completion. Then I get an error using a newly purchased license and created ISO and USB drive. Make sure all files required for installation are available. and restart the installation. Not sure why I am missing files if I am using the Downloaded version of the USB and ISO Files.


0x80070017 - Windows cannot install required files. The file may be corrupt or missing.

I had previously re-formatted the partition 3 alone below since it did give me previous errors to install.


Drive 0 Partition 1 - 260.0 MB - 255.0 MB System

Drive 0 Partition 2 - 16.0 MB - 16.0 MB MSR Reserved

Drive 0 Partition 3 - Windows 917.1 GB - 806.8 GB Primary

Drive 0 Partition 4 - 980.0 MB- 980.0 GB Recovery

Drive 0 Partition 5 - RECOVERY 13.1 GB- 1.6 GB OEM Reserved

when i install a windows 10 pro 64 bit the install stop in 80% and give my an error code 0x80070017

please help me to fix this error

Error 0x80070017 means that some of the files that are needed by the system are either corrupted or are not found by the computer to complete the installation. For us to isolate the issue, we suggest that you run your computer in Safe Mode and try
to perform a system restore. Kindly follow the steps given on this article:
