Windows 10: 0x8007007B

After the 20h2 update it told me that i needed to activate windows. First thing was that i got my original product key from the cmd command line "wmic path SoftwareLicensingService get OA3xOriginalProductKey" so i can reinput the product key. This didnt work.I then noticed that the Windows edition changed from 10 Home to 10 Pro Education. I dont know if i should reset my PC as a whole or use the Windows MediaCreationTool. Can someone give me advice on how to solve this problem?

Windows activation, error code 0x8007007B
