Windows 10: 0x80070424 in store today

Trying to update some apps that is not working since yesterday, but I get this error code 0x80070424. How can I fix it?

I tried all steps given by you in forum .

I went to services and then run all steps mentioned only " windows update " option is not available in services.

Please suggest alternative or again guide me steps to resolving
