Windows 10: 0x80070424

i see this error code:0x80070424. while downolading apps and updating windows and i am not able to see wuaserv floder in my regedit.

in windows 10 SL (x64),
lastly i updated win on 01-11-2015 from "Windows Update" utility.
but from 2-21-2015 unfortunately i am getting this error : 0x80070424

i am getting bellow error in :
-> win search panel
-> type "update"
-> click on "Windows Update"

error message is:
"There were some problems installing updates, but we'll try again
later. If you keep seeing this and want to search the web or contact
support for information, this may help: (0x80070424)"

now i dont get any update and cant get any update information also.!

in control panel "Windows Update" is absent !
in windows folder "wuauserv.exe" is absent !
in "services.msc" -> "Windows Update" is absent !

i am getting same error code also in "Windows Play Store" at update any App.
in Windows Play Store i am getting this message:
"Try that again
Something went wrong.
The error code is 0x80070424, in case you need it."

i also already used these cmd commands as Admin privilege, but its cant solve my issue:
sfc /scannow
;
DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Restorehealth

when i tried this command: net stop wuauserv
i am getting this:
"The service name is invalid.

pls help any one.
