Windows 10: 0x8007042B - 0x2000D Error code

I am having issues adding a Microsoft account and signing in to the Microsoft store, i have spoken to tech support and there trouble shooting came to the conclusion that i needed to update my current version of windows. First time round i was shown the automatic solution of upgrading my version, this did not work, i tried the entire upgrade process another two time to be met with the same error code in the title. I then spoke to tech support again and explained my issues, there solution was to manually upgrade, after waiting another 3-4 hours for this forth upgrade its still returned the same error code. Has anyone got any suggestions on what i can do to solve this reoccurring problem? Although nice, Microsoft tech support seem to stumped...

There is a setupdiag program listed in link you can run and it might point to cause.

Generally when doing this update remove all third party AV's. Disconnect all no essential gear like writing pads, game controllers, etc.

Ensure drivers are up to date.

Please fill out system specs, sometimes other will recognize device and a problem they had.

Hello everyone!
I am currently running a windows 7 laptop and wish to upgrade to windows 10. After an attempt to install windows 10 today, i got the following prompt after the "working on updates" tab:

0x8007042B-0x2000D

The installation failed in the safe_os phase with an error during migrate_data operation.

As i said, this happened after the working on updates tab. It loaded to around 29% and suddenly restarted. I attempted to install win 10 twice today with a double fail. What is the problem? Thanks for your understanding!
