Windows 10: 0x8007042B - 0x3000D error when trying to install windows 1607

Hello All,
I've tried to install the Anniversary update with the ISO "Win10_1607_French_x64.iso" and with the WindowsUpgradeTool and it halts and reverts back to former version of windows when about 71% complete with the error code 0x8007042B - 0x3000D

The installation failed in the FIRST_BOOT phase with an error during MIGRATE_DATA operation. Anyone know what the problem might be?

What i have tried :
- sfc and dism command
- reset the component of windows update (https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/kb/971058)
- I dont have orbx file
- i turn off all service and soft at windows start
- and this Luke Hutch on Twitter

I finally got the Anniversary Update installed after uninstalling completely the Antivirus program. Then after getting a successful installation of the Anniversary Update, I reinstalled the Antivirus. That was the answer for me after many hours of trying
