    0x80070490 when trying to enable/install .NET framework 3.5


    i tried some stuff from other people like "DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /ScanhealthDISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Restorehealth"downloading dotnetfx35windowsupdatefixer_2.1.2nothing worked, this problem started appearing 2 days ago after a windows update.
