Windows 10: 0x800704cf no internet - any help ?

I tried to install today the Your Phone app and for some reason it took a long time to load and end up with error 0x800704cf no internet !!!!! I also noticed that my windows 10 account for some reason is now local. When I tried to log in to Microsoft account it gives an error.

1. Asks for my email - works
2. Asks for my password - works
3. Asks for 2 step ID code - works
4. asks for my windows password one more time - password not working !!!!??? that makes no sense.

anyone can figure out what's going on ?

PS: windows store also gives and error 0x800704cf....and can not download any apps...

PSS: im sick and tired of this.
